Summary
The Community Support Specialist - Public Support - Temporary joins our existing Community Success Team members during major Food Revolution Network (FRN) events, such as our annual Food Revolution Summit (FRS) and its autumn relaunch, to provide exceptional assistance to our entire community of viewers, subscribers, customers, and readers who reach out to engage with FRN via public-facing channels, including blog articles, FRN’s Summit broadcast page, and the paid member platform. All FRN Success team members communicate with compassion and proficiency and have strong analytical skills, which they use for writing, problem-solving, communicating, and using FRN’s Community Team stack of technology.
