• As the Community & Growth Manager, you will spearhead growth, engagement, and retention of our core communities: blockchain developers, dApp developers, node operators, community builders, and partners. You will design and execute strategies to expand the community, including contests and incentivized task-driven missions, aimed at selecting the first cohort of “early adopters” who will form the foundation of our ambassador program. You will develop tasks and manage ambassadors globally. Proven experience in Web3/crypto/blockchain and a track record of growing developer communities are essential.
