Commercial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a thorough, professional Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain the condition of our commercial buildings. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for tenants, while ensuring a safe environment through the maintenance of the buildings.

The Commercial Maintenance Technician must have a practical mind and attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and responsibly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of maintenance experience; a solid understanding of commercial buildings mechanical systems, general plumbing, and general electrical knowledge. • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems

• Service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices
