Commercial Lending Coordinator - Westchase District

**This is an on-site position located in Houston, Texas**

The Commercial Lending Coordinator will be the servicing and loan documentation lead for the Commercial Team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: preparation and review of supporting loan documentation and checklists for execution in coordination with outside counsel for new loans, renewals, modifications or other loan agreements using specific approved loan terms while complying with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements. Additionally, the position will require payment processing, document drawing, funding, and some loan servicing functions of commercial loans and share relationships. Respond to internal and external member-owner requests and inquiries regarding commercial loans or share accounts.
