Commercial Disputes Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a midlevel associate to join the litigation practice in a dynamic Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience and possess a strong background in litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution. Experience with trademark, copyright, and/or trade secret litigation is preferred as the candidate will also provide support for non-patent IP matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal analysis, strategic thinking, and advocacy skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from start to finish, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with other team members to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
