Clinical Supervisor (Lead Clinician)

Access Services is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (Lead Clinician) who will supervise Mobile Therapists/Behavior Consultants. The Clinial Supervisor will also provide direct services to children and adolescents and their caregivers across southeastern Pennsylvania.  

 AsClinical Supervisor (Lead Clinician), this supervisor of Behavior Consultants will provide clinical direction for the implementation of individual services, developing and revising Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP), and overseeing the implementation of the ITP with the client, client’s family, and the treatment team. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor (Lead Clinician) will supervise Mobile Therapists as they provide individual and family therapy to address the emotional needs of the clients Individualized Treatment Plans. A critical part of supervision will be the ensuring of all staff providing regulatory compliance.
