Clinical Laboratory Supervisor

CDR Labs is seeking individuals who are interested in working as a Laboratory Supervisor for our team. This position will be responsible for complex laboratory procedures and have broad decision-making authority and independence. This classification requires extensive knowledge of science, laboratory procedures, and medical terminology to perform diagnostic tests.

This is a day shift position, and you will be responsible for managing the lab and staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide day-to-day and direct supervision of high complexity test performance by a qualified testing personnel.
• Responsible for providing training to qualified testing personnel and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained.
