Claims Processor

**This is an in-office role, in the greater Austin, TX area. Candidates must live in and have authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.**

Overall Purpose of this Role:

This role works closely with all Processors, Adjusters and Supervisors providing clerical and administrative support.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Receive, identify, sort, date stamp and distribute in compliance with each States Workers Compensation rules and statutes, and the company’s deadlines, all mail, faxes and all official State forms and letters.
• Assists in the process of workers compensation claims and maintain claim files along with administrative work.
• Handle all certified and overnight mail.
