You can expect a full-time case load of adolescents (and some adults depending on schedule preferences) confronting a wide range of challenges from trauma to substance abuse to relationship conflict and everything in between. Somedays this might mean you are working with teenagers navigating the highs and lows of puberty or crawling on the floor with a toddler who is eagerly building the world’s largest playdoh castle.
