Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Med/Surg and Telemetry - Travel Position

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CTTX Health. In this travel position, you will work in a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit, providing direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), performing vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and documenting patient information.
