Centralized Registrar

The Centralized Registrar in the corporate office is responsible for organizing and managing all of the activities related to the Records and Registration, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the college’s student records. This position is primarily responsible for the compilation and maintenance of student records in compliance with federal law, state law, and accreditation agencies. The Corporate Registrar compiles and maintains student records and state reports, assists students and patrons, maintain smooth operation of office. This position is required to keep abreast of regulations and procedures for student records as required by government and accreditation agencies. This position serves as the main resource of FERPA regulations and compliance.
