Central Utility Plant Manager

Responsible for the overall safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire life safety equipment withing the central plant. The CUP Manager will monitor plant operations, ensuring performance efficiency and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Additionally, this role focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer’s needs. The CUP Manager will contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives through the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of the central plant. This position ensures a safe, productive, and efficient working environment, essential to the performance of the business and image of our company.
