Cell Quality & Reliability Intern

The Cell Quality & Reliability team at Cuberg specializes in identifying, characterizing, quantifying and predicting features and defects of battery cells that impact their quality, performance and safety. Our mission is to a.) drive the defect rate down, thereby improving cell product quality and performance, while increasing production yield b.) ensure cells are produced that meet the satisfaction of our internal and external customers, and c.) deliver accurate cell degradation and life forecasts based on physics and/or statistics. We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and creative intern to help solve battery problems at the intersection of advanced battery chemistry R&D and manufacturing, through the lens of failure analysis.
