Catalog Librarian

Provides original and complex copy cataloging and metadata services for library materials to ensure discoverability and robust access to the items in the library's collections. Directs necessary database maintenance, resolves difficult cataloging problems, provides statistics, and performs related catalog-management activities to help ensure the library's records and those supplied by other vendors meet local and national standards.  Provides training and guidance to library staff members who work in the online catalog.

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $63,009-$78,787 per year.
