Capital Projects Administrator

Description:

The Capital Projects Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting Bethel's Capital Projects department through providing support primarily to the Director of Capital Projects and close collaboration with the Project Coordinator. They work closely with the Capital Projects team members and cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, correspondence and communication, monitor progress, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.  Their contribution will be essential in driving the successful delivery of capital projects and maintaining smooth construction processes across all campuses.

Salary Range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

The Capital Projects Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records, managing project budgets, and providing essential financial insights to support the Capital Projects team at Bethel. They will be responsible for keeping track of financial records within numerous projects taking place at Bethel Church that pertain to expansion. Within the position, the Capital Projects Financial Analyst will be  a liaison between the Capital Projects Team and Finance Department within Bethel Church and will directly report to the Capital Projects Overseer as well as his Chief of Staff. This role offers flexible work locations, allowing remote work, with a requirement for up to four hours per week onsite.
