Requirements

• Define and work with the Tiger Team to organize and prioritize process improvements.

• BPI Certifications - Lean Six Sigma, Agile SAFe - etc.

• Redesign and optimize workflows/processes using analytical principles/tools.
• Design future state business processes and controls that achieve and sustain desired outcomes.
• Lead workshops to creatively design/facilitate solutions.
• Teach, facilitate, and coach process owners and leaders to achieve breakthrough improvements to ensure the Adoption of new processes.
