Business Loan Assistant II

A partner organization is seeking a Business Loan Assistant II in Kansas City, MO. The Business Loan Assistant II provides administrative support and exceptional service to the Banking team while managing a business loan portfolio. This role involves referring prospective business and individual clients to internal business partners and developing long-term business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with current clients.
• Identify and capture opportunities to cross-sell additional loan and bank products.
• Assist in the sales proposal process, accompanying the Portfolio Manager and Bankers on client and prospect calls.
• Monitor and input accurate data into the CRM and/or loan workflow system.
