Business Development Manager, C5ISR

The Manager, Business Development is responsible for creating and developing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Under the direction of the Director, C5ISR, this individual will execute the strategic business and operational plan focusing on critical and strategic accounts.

• Will lead the organization through the Noble capture and proposal process for opportunities
• Identifies and explores customer requirements and serves as an expert conduit to Noble
