Building and Leasing Manager

Palouse Homes is seeking a Building and Leasing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As the Building and Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing vacant units, managing tenant communications, ensuring lease compliance, coordinating unit access, and assisting with rent collection. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

This position is a 1099 contractor position, but full-time availability with at least 30 hours is required.

Responsibilities:

• Market and advertise vacant units to attract prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule showings
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and handle tenant communications
