The Branch Manager 3 will oversee the day-to day-operations of multiple library sites or a large, single library branch, ensuring policies and procedures and executed effectively and efficiently. They will encourage staff contributions and personal professional development while fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible work environment. The Branch Manager 3 will lead a team of library professionals who are committed to creating a thriving library in the heart of their community as they support and build a strong partnership with library patrons and their local official(s) ensuring the library is a welcoming space for all, and contribute to the overall success of the Riverside County Library System (RCLS)
