Blended Enhanced Targeted Case Management Supervisor

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for assigning, reviewing and coordinating service for clients. In conjunction with the Director, the individual is also responsible for tracking and monitoring staff productivity to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies’ requirements and WES policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

1.       Provides direct supervision to program staff.

2.       Maintains productivity requirements for the unit.

3.       Oversees clinical documentation of the program.

4.       Assists the Director in managing the annual budget allocation with the responsibility of keeping the expenditures within the allocated projections. Assists the Director in unit budget and preliminary budget...
