Bethel Christian School Front Office Receptionist (Full-time position)

Managing phone and in-person greetings and help for students and parents

Assisting with student records

Meeting the needs of sick children

Supporting teacher needs

Providing tours of the school

Managing multiple email accounts including school email

Tracking requests and reporting to teachers

Detention tracking and scheduling with teachers

Hours and Pay Range:

Hours: 40 hours/week when school is in session

Pay Range: $26,000-$27,000 annually

Requirements

High School graduate or higher education

Familiarity with school software systems considered as a plus ( willing to train)

Cheerful people person

Ability to multi-task

Patient calm under stressful situations
