As an Associate Baseball Performance Coach, you will work closely with our experienced coaches to help athletes achieve their highest potential in baseball through personalized training programs and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of individualized strength and conditioning regimes for baseball players, taking into account their unique requirements and objectives.
• Support our team of performance specialists and senior performance specialists in conducting athlete assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
