CPA is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) professional to join our growing team as our Associate, People & Culture. The Associate, People & Culture will assist with administrative functions of the People & Culture (P&C) department including documenting processes and best practices, maintaining and auditing employment files, policies and forms, and creating regular reports on P&C metrics and processes.
