Associate, FP&A

The Associate, Financial Planning and Analyst, will play a key part in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and identify areas of opportunity or risk.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain budget-to-actual results and provide insights into performance drivers.
