Associate Director of Contracts

Scientific Systems is a growing research and development company based in Burlington, MA. We are looking for a motivated Associate Director of Contracts to play a strategic role in the company, providing knowledge, expertise and guidance regarding all contractual and legal issues.  This role will report directly to the CFO. The Associate Director of Contracts contributes to the overall management of the corporate contracting policies, as well as overseeing the administration of assigned customers, subcontractors and strategic partner contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solid working relationships with senior PIs, PMs and Executive Management team.

• Provide advice and guidance related to contractual rights and obligations, as well as interpretation of terms and conditions.
