Job Summary

The primary role of the Associate Director, Digital Solutions is to manage the development process and delivery of the key products utilized by our Speaker Programs and Events Services teams. This includes products that currently exist (Speaker Portal, Reporting Dashboards, Scout Survey) and any future products identified as purposeful to the Commercial Operations business. This role sits within the Commercial Operations team architecture, requiring collaboration and communication with both the CommOps teams and the BI/DDS teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
