THE ROLE

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our squad of socially-led thinkers, doers and creators. You should be fluent in tasteful design and aesthetics, and have the ability to see beyond the constraints of traditional advertising.

The Associate Creative Director, Art works with the Executive Creative Director to develop creative campaigns, provide oversight and manage projects with assigned teams. They will also work with copywriters and graphic designers to formulate concepts and execute designs for a variety of visual communications/channels including, but not limited to print, digital, video and environmental. Relevant experience, a background in B2B, and/or an ability to quickly decipher marketing assignments for complex clients is required.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Develops concepts and collaborates with copywriter(s), science specialist, and account team to produce campaign/project ideas for various clients
• Understands our clients’ business, targets and how CG Life can elevate their business
