Assistant Team Lead - Corrosion Prevention and Control

Corrosion Service Teams (CSTs) provide organizational level Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) services as defined by Marine Corps Technical Manual 4795-OR/1A.  A valued member of the CST, the CST Assistant Team Lead (ATL) is trained and typically serves as a CST technician. The CST ATL is also trained in all areas of responsibility for the CST Team Lead (TL), when required, assumes those additional responsibilities in the absence of the TL. The job description of a CST ATL involves the management of the CPAC CST program policy, procedures, and personnel assigned to the team, the completion of preventive maintenance, the ability to work well on a team, effectively communicate, and display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
