Assistant Swim Coach

 Provide support to the head coach in all aspects of the men's and women's swimming and diving program.  Coach and mentor student-athletes in support of their growth as a student-athlete and member of the Middlebury College community.

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $49,213 - $61,526 annually.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coach the technical and tactical aspects of swimming in practices and competitions.  
• Recruit prospective student-athletes within the rules and regulations of Middlebury, NESCAC and the NCAA.

This position will play an important role in the JCC Greater Boston community, assuring program excellence and encouraging program expansion. The starting hourly salary for this position is $23.05 - $25.50 per hour, which would commensurate to $45,448 - $53,227 annually. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity.
