Assistant Service Manager - Shop Team (Aldinger)

The Role: 

We are seeking an assistant service manager to join our Aldinger Shop Team. 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations of our calibration technicians by ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction. 

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for organizing and accurately processing customer equipment into our lab management software and scheduling/assigning work orders to our team of technicians. You will be working closely with our customers and calibration technicians as the point of contact addressing any issues that arise to maintain high customer satisfaction and an efficient process. You will also partner with the branch manager and lead field technician to improve and implement service strategies and processes.
