East Carolina Rehab and Wellness (a skilled nursing facility) is looking to hire an energetic person in the role of Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator - RN. This is a full time position.

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

• A minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility is preferred.
• Must hold a valid RN license issued by the state
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
• Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative
• Plan, organize, and implement skills training programs/in-services for clinical staff and other departments; Perform orientation classes
