Phoenix Processor LP is hiring an Assistant Cook / Galley Assistant to join our team for Pollock "B Season", where you will begin an exciting career working aboard the M/V Excellence. You will join the ship in Seattle, WA. Contracts for "B Season" begin when you join the ship in June and run through the end of the season, which typically around 90-120 days.
Working at-sea requires a special kind of person. This is a physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding workplace. Working aboard a processing vessel can be difficult and challenging. Our employees are in difficult conditions that include long working hours, isolation from family and friends, cramped living conditions and bad weather.
