What we are looking for

As an Assistant Area Manager, you will support the Area Manager in all the day to day operational activities related to our AvantStay properties in the designated area. This will be a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic position. You will ensure a superior guest experience at our ultra luxury Estate properties in the Coachella Valley by auditing properties, managing supplies, and responding to concerns in a timely fashion.
