Located in beautiful Salem OR, ODFW is seeking a highly skilled GIS Developer with credible references and related work samples to recreate ODFW’s internal Sage-Grouse Habitat Quantification Tool (HQT) from ArcGIS 10.5 into ArcGIS Pro using disciplined software development processes.
