The Apprentice General Mechanic will be responsible for learning aspects of various Trade Groups while ensuring that all work is completed and of superior craftsmanship.
Position Responsibilities
- Works with mechanics in assigned trade group to learn the following:
o Hotel Maintenance Trade Group: perform preventative, routine and emergency service of building’s electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
o HVAC Trade Group: perform repair, maintenance, and installation all air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems throughout the complex. Repair and maintenance of air handlers, exhaust and supply fans, and their appurtenant equipment
o Electrical Trade Group: perform preventative, routine, and emergency service on building’s electrical systems
