Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionist - Call Center (Temporary)

The Temporary Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionist position is a short-term role (duration of up to six months) to cover a leave of absence at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) within our Call Center department. This position performs a wide variety of tasks for the agency in as much as it is the first contact via telephone by the prospective patient with the clinic. The position is considered a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by the clinical and service staff of the center. This individual must work collaboratively with all Clinical services staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility and a “can do” attitude.
