Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician

LiveNjoy Residential is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team!

This is a full-time position with compensation ranging based on experience and the size of the property. The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, and construction/renovation projects.
