The AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator activates local community members to get involved and make an impact in their community by volunteering with Rebuilding Together. The AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator will engage both skilled-trades and unskilled volunteers to build our capacity through a number of opportunities, including hand-on repair work, warehouse management, client education in healthy housing or home maintenance, and to serve in special roles on rebuilding days (ex: safety captains, supplies/materials runners, photographers).  The AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator will ensure volunteers receive a proper orientation to Rebuilding Together’s work, and are placed with appropriate rebuilding projects based on skill/experience.  The AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator will implement project evaluations to continuously improve the quality of volunteer experiences, as well as show our appreciation to volunteers...
