After-School Program Site Lead

ANTS Sports is seeking a Site Lead for after-school programs in San Francisco

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the After-School Program Site Lead is responsible for daily onsite supervision, program implementation, and youth/staff development. This position is responsible for maintaining a FUN, safe, and engaging after-school program, ensuring a high level of program quality that will expose youth to various sports, and working to establish a positive relationship with all program stakeholders and families. The primary responsibility for this role is to create a sports program that is compliant with the Youth Development Principles of ANTS Sports.

Position Dates: Must be able to work weekday afternoons from August 19, 2024 – June 4, 2025. High performers will receive year-round job security in summer camps and after-school programs.
