Admissions/business office person needed full time Monday through Friday, flexible day time hours.  Job duties include insurance verification, admitting patients, greeting the public, and routing incoming phone calls.  Must understand basic medical office functions, including billing and claims review and correction. Admissions/business office person needed full time Monday thru Friday 1st shift 9:00AM-5:30PM. Ability to verify insurance coverage, accept patient payments, admit patients, understand basic medical office functions, greet the public and route incoming calls.

Business Office Support Services person needed:  full time, Sunday thru Wednesday, 3rd shift 9:00pm – 7:30am.

Assist the business office with early morning admissions, clerical duties such as building and scanning records,

directing incoming calls, greeting patient, visitors, medical staff , and others who have business in the hospital

or on the property.  Routine security rounds to maintain integrity of building and safety of patient and staff as

well as coordinating patient activities with nursing staff as needed.

Requirements

Ability to work independently required. Medical experience preferred. Must be customer service oriented and able to adhere to our mission and maintain company policies.
