Administrative Assistant to CEO of Boutique Investment Bank

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing deliverable schedule, social media content (not writing but ensuring content is on schedule), client onboarding, and data entry tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Role will start Part-time and move to full-time before end of year (2024). Looking to hire within the next 3-4 weeks.

Part-Time salary range $25,000-$30,000; Full-time salary range $45,000-$55,000 (plus bonus)
