Administration Specialist (Cleared)

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an experienced Administration Specialist to support the Department of Defense OUSD I&S Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Enterprise Capabilities (ISREC) Directorate in Arlington, VA.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and track OUSD(I) staff actions and tasks utilizing the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and build/maintain custom reports using MS Excel.
• Serve as the lead for most office management activities including ordering supplies, and managing any equipment maintenance or repair activities.
• Advise in matters involving office interface, collaboration, and associated relations with offices within OSD, DNI, the Services, US Commands, Defense Agencies, other Government departments, NATO and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) offices, Congress and Industry.
