Activations Agent - Branson Travel Group (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated Activations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in regard to their vacation package. This person will verify the customer's qualifications for their vacation package and upsell additional packages or tickets to enhance the customer's vacation experience.

Shift Schedule: 3:00pm - 9:00pm

Essential Job Duties:

• Assist customers through both inbound and outbound calls with vacation package activations.
• Verify customers' qualifications for receiving selected vacation packages and upsell to include additional ticket packages to enhance their vacation experience.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of customer interactions and transactions.
• Track and report daily transaction data including total revenue and confirmed packages.
