ACT Team Counselor – Part Time 

We are seeking a community Counselor for 20 hours per week.  The hours can be flexible within the client service hours of Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Responsibilities of the ACT Team Counselor – Part Time:  The ACT Team Counselor is a member of the ACT multidisciplinary team, and has the experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment and support services to program clients with a diagnosis of severe mental illnesses. These services will be provided in the client’s home, community, or office. Specific duties:

• Using a collaborative team approach, conduct comprehensive assessment of psychiatric and substance abuse histories, and mental status under the supervision of the Director of ACT or ACT Assistant Program Director.
