Base salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually

This role will serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for Jump’s prestigious clients, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering strategic recommendations, and driving process improvements to ensure outstanding service and performance. As the client’s primary point of contact, you’ll provide actionable insights, ensure flawless execution, and collaborate across teams to exceed expectations.

This role combines project management and relationship-building to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Working closely with our creative and paid media teams, you’ll oversee the end-to-end process of creating compelling and engaging campaigns that deliver results.
