Scope and Job Specifics:
The KAM (Key Account Manager) role will be responsible for the overall business stewardship in their assigned geography. Focus on Valneva’s overall US sales performance with primary focus on achieving sales objectives for Valneva’s commercialized vaccine(s), with a particular emphasis on the US Private market
- Achieve all territory business sales objectives
- Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve goals and objectives for continued growth (e.g. sales calls, education, regular meetings, visiting key customers)
- Implement Account selling principle and collaborate with customers and provide tactical/strategic input to support their local business efforts – leading to increased vaccination rates among appropriate travellers
