Account Managers provide our customers an outstanding customer experience, building relationships with the customers in their portfolios. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for managing their customer portfolios by placing outbound phone calls to customers to set up mutually agreeable payment arrangements.

Our Account Managers generally start as Account Representatives, receiving extensive and on-going training to help them provide the utmost in customer service. They work in a team setting at our beautiful Sunrise Acceptance Main Office.
