Tilt is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as an Account Manager located in Northwest Arkansas.

The Account Manager will act as a primary point of contact with our clients, getting to know their business needs and helping ensure that all work aligns with their objectives. The Account Manager will also be responsible for ensuring collaboration among our various business units across strategy, creative, production, post-production, and other teams to ensure we are in sync with our clients’ goals and exceeding their expectations. 

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly build trust and set appropriate expectations with our clients.
