A&P Technician

The ideal Candidate will be supporting our Erickson Aero Tanker fleet of government contracted aircraft. Our goal is to provide our customers with aviation services of the highest quality. Job Duties:

• A&P Technicians are primarily assigned to the Erickson Aero Tanker fleet of government-contracted aircraft. Government MAP
• Perform the required maintenance, troubleshooting and or repairs needed for aircraft anywhere in the United States in which the aircraft is located. To include locations which could include remote areas where modern conveniences may not always be available.
• Coordinate and manage the adjustment, repair, or replacement of malfunctioning components or assemblies, including the assembly of components such as switches, electrical controls and junction boxes using hand tools or soldering...

Do you have Gulfstream experience? Then this job is for you!

• Performs all levels of Gulfstream scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to include: 12/24/36/72-month inspections, 5000 landing inspections, engine changes and discrepancy trouble shooting. At times will work multiple aircraft.
• Responsible for the on-time completion of their work orders while maintaining attention to detail, excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Requirements

· Airframe and Power plant License Required, high school diploma or equivalent required.

· Basic knowledge of operating a personal computer or laptop.

· Knowledge of job-specific machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
